What is Callian Retriever?
Callian Retriever is a desktop client program with a sync module that connects to a mobile podcast program, Callian Player. This program allows you to synchronize the number of podcast files you have downloaded through the Internet with Callian Player.

- How can I know the working progress between podcast file download, conversion and transfer?
Basically, Callian Retriever's icon will be differently displayed in tray bar and then you can easily see what status is. - Even though Storage card is enough full, sometimes I've got error message like "there is no free space" while tranfering files?
First of all, please check your download storage on your device to see if storage location might be set to My device. If Storage card is removed or not recognized, Callian Player program will automatically change the storage location from Storage card to My device. - Even though Update & Conversion has completed, some files still have not been converted causing unavailable for playback.
Please check the status of the Source Format Check in the Preferences > Conversion menu. Currently, Callian Retriever does not provide options in converting unstated formats. However, it will soon be updated.
